Interior & exterior retail renovation project

The Lawrence Square project is an extensive phased renovation project that is intended to be deployed in multiple phases for the 650,000 square foot mall. The first phase of work resulted in space for 4 new anchor stores, with later phases covering the rest of the interior, and eventually the exterior.

The final phase of the project is as displayed - consisting of a complete exterior renovation and finishing of the interior renovation of nearly all surfaces.

In depth studies were done on the existing building facade, colourway options, and renovation strategies as well.
