Background
The Lawrence Square (now Lawrence Allen Centre) project is an extensive phased renovation project that is intended to be deployed in multiple phases for the 650,000 square foot mall. The first phase of work resulted in space for 4 new anchor stores, with later phases covering the rest of the interior, and eventually the exterior.
